Delete my data

Two kinds of data, two answers:

  • On your phone: profile, workouts, meals, shopping lists. It never left. Wipe it in the app's settings, or uninstall.
  • On our server (only if you opted into sync or social): account, backups, shared feed items, leaderboard entries, challenges. Delete your account in-app for immediate removal — or send the request below and we'll action it within 30 days.

This opens your mail app with everything pre-filled — nothing is sent from this page directly. Requests are actioned within 30 days; on-device data is yours to wipe in the app's settings at any time.
